SN7 CORE is a streaming management and chat-bot platform that helps streamers connect and manage supported live-streaming platforms.

Information we collect

When you connect a supported platform, SN7 CORE may receive account and channel information necessary to provide the requested integration. Depending on the platform and features you enable, this can include your platform user ID, username or display name, profile image URL, channel information, live-stream information, and chat-related information.

Google and YouTube data

When you connect YouTube, SN7 CORE uses Google OAuth to obtain the permissions you authorize. The YouTube integration uses the youtube.force-ssl scope to identify the authorized channel, check live broadcasts, read live-chat messages, and send bot messages to the authorized live chat.

SN7 CORE uses YouTube data only to provide the YouTube integration features requested by the streamer. We do not use YouTube data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

How we use information

To authenticate the streamer and maintain their SN7 CORE session.
To connect and operate enabled streaming-platform integrations.
To provide bot, chat, command, ranking, economy, and related features requested by the streamer.
To maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Data storage and security

SN7 CORE stores only information needed to operate enabled features. OAuth credentials and platform connection data are handled as application credentials and are not intentionally exposed to other users. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored data and active sessions.

Data sharing

SN7 CORE does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to operate the application, such as hosting and database services. We do not share YouTube data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data deletion and disconnecting accounts

You can disconnect supported platform integrations from SN7 CORE where the feature is provided. You can also revoke SN7 CORE's Google/YouTube authorization from your Google Account security settings. If you need assistance with deletion of data associated with your SN7 CORE account, use the support contact shown on the SN7 CORE OAuth consent screen.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the application or its data practices change. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
